Vintage Flower Wreath Crochet Doily

A clever woman very quickly & easily will crochet this exquisite doily in a delightful pattern…which will become a personal favorite to keep or gift to that special person!

SIZE: 
8” diameter

MATERIALS: 
Crochet Cotton, 1 ball each of white, green, shaded pinks, & shaded lavenders
#7 Steel Crochet Hook

With White ch 8, join to form a ring, ch 4, keep last lp of each st on hk work 2 trc in ring, yo & work off all lps at one time, * ch 3, keep last lp of each st on hk, 3 trc in ring, yo & work off all lps at once, ch 3, sl st in top of st for picot, rep from * 6 times, ch 3, join, ch 3, sl st in same sp for picot.

2ND RND:  Sl st into lp, ch 4, 3 trc in same lp, * ch 3, sk next picot, 4 trc in next lp, rep from * all around, ch 3, join in 4th st of ch.

3RD RND:  Ch 4, trc in same sp, * trc in next trc, ch 1, trc in next trc, 2 trc in next trc, ch 3, 2 trc in next trc, rep from * all around end to correspond, join.

4TH RND:  Ch 4, trc in same sp, * 1 trc in each of next 2 trc, ch 2, 1 trc in each of next 2 trc, 2 trc in next trc, ch 3, 2 trc in next trc, rep from * all around end to correspond, join.

5TH RND:  Ch 4, trc in same sp, * 1 trc in each of next 3 trc, ch 3, 1 trc in each of next 3 trc, 2 trc in next trc, ch 3, 2 trc in next trc, rep from * all around end to correspond, join.

6TH RND:  Ch 4, keep last lp of each st on hk work 1 trc in each of next 4 trc, yo & work off all lps at one time, * ch 4, 1 trc, ch 4, 1 trc in next lp, ch 4, keep last lp of each st on hk work 1 trc in each of next 5 trc, yo & work off all lps at one time (trc cluster st) , ch 9, trc cluster st over next 5 trc, rep from * all around end to correspond, join in 1st cluster st.

7TH RND:  Sl st to next trc, ch 8, * 1 trc, ch 4, 1 trc in next lp, ch 4, trc in next trc, ch 4, sk next lp, 3 sc, ch 3, 3 sc in next lp, ch 4, sk next cluster st, trc in next trc, ch 4, rep from * all around end to correspond, join in 4th st of ch, cut thread.

8TH RND:  Attach Shaded Pinks in any ch 3 lp, * ch 15, sl st in same lp, rep from * 4 times, cut thread.  Work group of long lps in same manner in each of seven ch 3 lps.

9TH RND:  Attach Green in 1st long lp of any group, sc in same sp, * ch 5, sc in next lp, rep from * 3 times, ch 5, sk next 2 lps, sc in next long lp, rep from 1st * all around end to correspond, join in 1st sc, cut thread.

10TH RND:  Attach Shaded Lavenders in any ch 3 lp & work same as 8th rnd.

11TH RND:  Attach Green in 1st long lp of any group, 1 sc, ch 3, 1 sc in same lp, * ch 3, 1 sc, ch 3, 1 sc in next lp, rep from * 3 times, ch 3, sk next lp, 1 sc, ch 3, 1 sc in next lp, * ch 3, 1 sc, ch 3, 1 sc in next lp, rep from * twice, ch 8, sk next lp, ch 3, 1 sc, ch 3, 1 sc in next long lp, rep from 1st * all around end to correspond, join, cut thread.
